Course Description
Do you love playing in mud? Make “mess” into a masterpiece by joining us for an 8 week-long pottery course to master your pottery skills. Whether you are new to the wheel, or looking to grow as a potter, this class will help you to master your mind and your art behind the wheel! From learning how to make your first pot or creating a more detailed masterpiece; students will leave class with finished pieces to share with family and friends, and a reminder of the ability to create anything! Be ready to get messy! This course includes a $40 materials fee. Materials include one 25 lb bag of high fire clay, firing fees, and use of glazes, and tools.
The use of tools, glazes, and the 1st bag of clay are included in the cost of the class ($40 materials fee). Just bring your imagination (and some shoes & clothes you don’t mind getting muddy)!
Cancellations must be received 10 days prior to the start of class. No refunds or credits will be extended after that date. Potential make up classes are available with notice and coordination with the instructor.
