Course Description
This a multi-media class that will strengthen your understanding of how to use color and and light in dynamic works of art. Learn how light influences color, colors influence each other, and delve into color theory while painting from life! Explore and experiment with many techniques in the widely varying medias of watercolor, tempera, gel printing and more! All New Lesson! Materials are provided.

Meet your Teacher
Lauren Bleam Lauren Bleam received her masters in Art Education from VCU's School of the Arts in 2016. Before moving to Richmond, she taught middle school art for four years in Northern VA. Now Lauren is enjoying teaching art at a local high school and teaching in community settings. She is very excited to be teaching at Art Haus this summer! Her interests include painting, writing, recycling old books, punny jokes, and inspiring people to find their voices through art. |
