Registration will not go through without payment! We will not receive any notification of your registration without payment!
Tuition: payment must be made at the time of registration. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Check payment must be recieved before registration will be confirmed. All sales are final.
Class Confirmations: A personal email from ArtHaus Visual Arts Studio will be sent within 2 weeks from your registration date to confirm that we have received your information. If the class you selected is full, we will contact you as soon as possible to determine an alternative plan.
Reservations are considered in the order that they are received and based on class availability. We cannot refund a class that is dropped less than 10 days prior to the first day.
Absences, Refunds, and Credits: In order to receive a refund you must contact Arthaus Kids in writing by mail to our mailing address (see the Contact Us tab). Refund requests must be received at least 10 business days prior to the first day of class. We cannot prorate class tuition due to absences, but we will do our best to work with you to schedule a make-up class for later date during the course period. No refunds or credit will be given if a student is asked to leave due to behavioral issues.
Attendance: To help students achieve their creative potential, we ask that you and/or your child arrive promptly and stay until the class has ended. Our time is structured with an introductory discussion that is an integral part of our successful curriculum. If you or your child arrive late [you] will miss this important element, and may have difficulty catching up and finishing the project in the time remaining. Please do your best to arrive a couple of minutes early so that you or your child will be ready for a successful art experience.
